Creating Patterns of Possibility

How does a system that's stuck in a negative spiral of unproductive, stressed relationships break through to a new pattern of relationships which bring growth and possibility?

Webinar: March 3rd, 2022

Creating those positive patterns of possibility is the job of system innovators. In this webinar we shared a new practical framework to help systems innovators chart the relational shifts which change entire systems. With the deep experience of our guests we delved into how to shape new patterns of relationships in practice to mobilise a new system purpose.

The framework is set out in the article: The Patterns of Possibility: How to Recast Relationships to Create Healthier Systems and Better Outcomes.
